Caveaux CMC

To create armoured rooms or to reinforce existing ones, Conforti offers CMC certified modular vault rooms with different levels of protection according to the various needs.

These structures respond to the increasingly stringent security requests, according to the high standards of the EN 1143-1 rules, which include very strict tests in specialized and accredited laboratories. In compliance with the most rigorous regulations, CMC vault room panels are VdS certified (Germany) and produced under constant control of the certified quality systems.

These modular vault rooms adapt to different situations and the PCC certified door, which represents a top security guarantee, is the right completion of the CMC modular vault room.

Specifications

• load capacity of the top depends on the panel length (see table). Longer lengths need appropriate supporting structures (special design and supply not included)
• panels are in sheet metal and in high resistant conglomerate, with reinforcements and special armours
• panels are provided with painting on internal surfaces (the ouside is in coglomerate with special profiles on which it is possible to fix panels of your choice, not included)
• each panel is provided with a 20 mm diameter hole for cables passage

• forced ventilation, when required, consists of a specific certified system integrated into the panenel
  

• the system includes the adoption of PCC certified and armuored doors
• ventilation with certified system is made possible through holes in the upper and lower side of the panel on the outside, panels have no coating
• alarm sensors are optional (non included)

The MINI VAULT ROOM, from 0 to 1st security grade, complies with the EN 1143-1 European rule.
The system has been tested by VdS (Germany).
